Update on Shipment - 104

Dear valued customers,

Concerning the lost of 2 parcels from shipment 104, Nek apologise for all the inconvenience that this incidence caused.

Nek has called USPS and they have closed their investigation as they cannot trace the whereabout of the parcels.

Since the parcel is considered unrecoverable, Nek will refund the cost of the merchandise to the customers. The customers concerned can choose other items of the same cost from Nek's boutique.
